| As you are receiving our newsletter, subterranean termites are probably swarming in
northeast Florida. Most of our readers have
termite bonds with Nader’s Pest Raiders and
the majority of those are $350,000 damage
repair bonds. If you do have a termite problem
this year, you’ll be happy to have Nader’s
Pest Raiders holding your termite bond. |

| Clay Davis is a 1977 graduate of Fletcher
Sr. High. After school, Clay spent ten years
in the ring as “Little Red” - a professional
fighter with an impressive 19-6 record and
three Florida Lightweight Championships.
When he gave up boxing, Clay went into the
automotive business and owned K-O Auto
for twelve years. He joined the Nader’s team
in 1999 as a full-time mechanic, managing
our fleet of service vehicles. A few years ago,
Clay expanded his duties into our Termite

| You’ve probably heard that one of our
newest employees is a 3 year old Labrador
retriever named Cody. Cody rides with his
handler Clay Davis, who is a licensed Wood
Destroying Organism (WDO) Inspector, and
his job is to sniff out termite infestations
where our inspectors can’t see them. |
