We utilize Integrated Pest Management, or IPM, as part of the STEPS Total Protection System.  IPM, widely recognized as the most environmentally responsible approach to pest control, is a three-step process:

1) Inspection of your property, inside and out, to determine pest issues
2) Identification of both the type(s) of pest and the true cause of the problem
3) Treatment in the most environmentally responsible way to alleviate current issues and help prevent any
future recurrence

IPM is collaborative process between you and your licensed and trained Nader's Service Professional. The result is a peace of mind knowing your home and family are being protected.

A Comprehensive Whole-Home Evaluation

A whole-home evaluation is the first step of your relationship with Nader's Pest Raiders.  During the initial visit, our Home Evaluator will carefully inspect your property for any signs of pest activity as well as potential access areas into your home (which in most cases are hard to spot). This vital first step is very comprehensive and includes the inspection of every part of your home which could allow entry for termites and pests.  Termites typically invade your home at the soil and assessing these entry points often involves some hard-to-reach areas. Common household pests like cockroaches and ants will use a variety of entry points, such as gaps around doors and windows or even at the roofline.  Our thorough STEPS Total Protection System looks at the entire picture, inside and out and is the only way to identify the real cause of pest issues as well as the best solution.
