Bora Care is an insecticide and fungicide concentrate. It’s the long-term natural solution to eliminating wood destroying organisms. Bora Care eliminates wood as a food source and provides long lasting protection against subterranean termites and Formosan termites.
Bora Care is applied during the framing stages of construction. We apply it directly to the wood treating 2 feet high from the floor up on all the walls inside and out. This treatment is followed up with a trench & treatment after finial landscaping is complete using a non-repellent insecticide. A $1,000,000.00 repair & re-treatment warranty will go in effect from the trench & treatment date and can be renewed annually.The repair bond can be renewed annually for either 7 or 10 years, depending on the non-repellent insecticide used for the trench and treatment.
Premise is a non-repellent product that is made by Bayer. Premise targets Eastern and Formosan Subterranean termites. Premise is applied to the soil to create a protective Treatment Zone with the lowest application rate (only 0.05 percent active ingredient).This is up to 10 times lower than some other products used in soil pretreatment. After pre-treating the soil with Premise we will come back when final landscaping is completed and perform a trench & treatment creating a second Treatment Zone. This is a continuous chemical barrier around the home that termites can’t detect. A $1,000,000.00 repair & re-treatment warranty will go in effect from the original pretreatment date and can be renewed annually for 7 years.
Termidor is a non-repellent product meaning it can’t be detected! Whenever termites contact Termidor the termites become “The Carriers!” Termidor is transferred by “The Carriers” to other termites that they come in contact with and the entire colony dies. Termidor is applied to the soil for the pretreatment providing a protective zone. Once the house is built and final landscaping is completed, we will come back and perform a trench and treatment. A $1,000,000.00 repair and retreat warranty will go in effect from the pre treatment date and can be renewed annually for 10 years.
