Nader’s Pest Raiders, Inc. will conduct a one-time initial assessment of customer’s irrigation system.  This service includes reviewing settings for zone times and days to irrigate; cleaning, adjusting and lifting heads so appropriate areas are watered (to avoid driveways, streets, etc.), flagging problem areas, and providing a written analysis and estimate of repairs, if needed.

 After initial assessment and completion of repairs, Nader’s Pest Raiders will return as noted above to provide regularly scheduled maintenance including:

· Irrigation Control/Timer – Verify time and day settings comply with local water restriction regulations

· System Check – Clean and adjust heads, lift heads if needed, check water source

· Document Findings – Provide a written Irrigation Inspection Report and estimate of needed repairs; review with customer

Repairs, if needed, will be billed separately based on parts and labor.  A written estimate will be provided and approved by customer before irrigation repairs are initiated.
